Privacy Policy

Meavora Preflop (“the app”) is a tool for viewing and editing preflop poker range charts. It is developed by Meavora, an individual developer based in Ukraine (“we”). This policy explains what data the app handles and why. In short: your charts stay on your device and in your own Google Drive, we do not run analytics or ads, and we never sell data.

1. Your charts and profiles

Profiles, charts and settings are stored on your device. We do not have access to them and do not store them on our servers.

If you turn on Google Drive sync, the app stores a copy of your profiles in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive (the “appDataFolder”). Only the app can see this folder; we, as developers, cannot access it. You can delete it at any time in Google Drive settings → Manage apps → Meavora Preflop → Delete hidden app data.

2. Google sign-in

Signing in with Google is optional. When you sign in, the app receives your email address and your Google account ID, and permission to use its hidden folder in your Google Drive. They are used to:

sync your profiles between your devices through your Google Drive;
link your purchases to your Google account, so Meavora Pro and chart packs work on all your devices, including the Windows version.

Sign-in tokens are stored on your device in the operating system’s secure storage. You can sign out in Settings at any time; signing out revokes the app’s access. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Purchases

Payments are processed by Google Play (and, where available, by the Apple App Store). We never see your card or payment details.

To check which purchases you own, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase management service. RevenueCat receives your purchase history from the store, an app user ID (your Google account ID if you are signed in, otherwise a random ID), and basic technical data such as the app version, platform and IP address. The Windows version checks your purchases through our license server, hosted on Cloudflare. When you restore purchases on Windows, the app sends your Google sign-in token to the server; the server asks Google for your account ID and asks RevenueCat which purchases belong to it, then returns a signed license. The server does not store your data. Cloudflare may process your IP address to deliver and protect the service; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. What we do not do

No analytics, tracking, advertising or advertising IDs.
No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties, except the service providers named above that are needed for the features you use.
No access to your contacts, location, camera or other personal files.

5. Files you import and export

When you import or export charts, files are read from or saved to the location you choose. They are not sent to us.

6. Data retention and deletion

On your device: delete profiles in the app, or uninstall the app.
In Google Drive: delete the hidden app data as described in section 1.
Purchase records: stores and RevenueCat keep purchase records as required for accounting and to restore your purchases. To ask us to delete the data linked to your account in RevenueCat, contact us at the address below. Deleting it may prevent restoring your purchases.

7. Children

The app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
